Reporting to the Associate Director, Philanthropy & Development, the Fund Development Associate supports fundraising activities across all areas of giving including annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, corporate and foundation giving, third-party fundraising, campaigns and events. The role manages donor and prospect relationships, supports stewardship and cultivation activities, and contributes to revenue growth through donor-centered fundraising practices.Working as part of the Philanthropy & Development team, the Fund Development Associate collaborates with colleagues across the organization to identify opportunities for donor engagement, strengthen relationships and support fundraising priorities.This is a 37.5-hour per week position and is eligible for YWCA Calgary’s Hybrid Work Arrangement.
