## Coordinator, Network Experience and Events**Who you are** As a key member of our Network Experience and Events team, you will play a vital role in planning and executing events that elevate experiences for our network. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, departmental events for our cross-functional teams, social gatherings, and other special experiences, ensuring they are engaging, impactful, and memorable.This role is based out of our Toronto Support Centre (181 Bay Street), with in-office work Monday through Thursday and Fridays designated as a work-from-home day.Candidates must be willing and able to travel as required and hold a valid passport. This role also requires flexibility to work hours outside of a traditional 9-to-5 schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support events and business needs.Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to varying schedules are essential to ensure the successful execution of our events and initiatives.**In this role, you will** Approximately 1 to 3 years of hospitality,



event management or planning experience.Exceptional client service experience. Proven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding setting. Experience preparing event correspondence. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work on more than one event at a time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure.Knowledge of Asana and Cvent is an asset. *The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 CAD annually.
