Make a difference as a Part time Inclusion Coach at the OSEG Foundation, focusing on supporting youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You'll provide behavioral support and develop strategies tailored to diverse participant needs.This role, reporting to the Inclusion Coordinator, requires collaboration to adapt programming and guide staff in effective behavioral techniques. You will also engage with families as a critical point of contact, monitor progress, and maintain a positive program environment.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the onsite specialist for behavioral strategiesDevelop weekly lessons for varying ability levelsMentor staff on behavior support techniquesMonitor participant progress and suggest recommendationsCommunicate regularly with families regarding participant updatesRequirements:Certification or relevant experience in behavior analysisSolid understanding of behavior management for autismWorks well with children in sports or therapeutic environmentsExceptional collaboration and communication skillsVehicle access and evening/weekend availabilityUtilize your skills in behavior management to empower youth at the OSEG Foundation.
