Vantage Marketing Canada is recruiting ambitious students and young professionals for our 2027 Summer Sales Program.

This isn’t a traditional 9–5 summer job. You’ll spend the summer developing real-world sales, communication, negotiation and leadership skills while working alongside a competitive team of motivated people.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide daily training, coaching and mentorship throughout the summer.

- A summer designed to push you outside your comfort zone The role is door-to-door sales.

You’ll speak directly with homeowners, represent residential home-service partners and learn how to prospect, communicate value, overcome objections and close customers.

It’s challenging, and it isn’t for everyone. That’s also exactly why the experience can be so valuable.

We’re looking for competitive, coachable and self-motivated people who are willing to work hard and want more out of their summer than a typical student job.

No sales experience required.
