Canadian Business College is seeking a motivated Admissions Representative to connect with prospective students via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person. You will be responsible for educating applicants on our programs, admissions process, and financial assistance options while supporting the entire enrollment journey.

This is a student-focused, performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative selling environment and loves working with people.

What You’ll Do

- Engage prospective students through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions
- Guide applicants through the admissions process with clarity and professionalism
- Conduct information sessions and career discovery interviews
- Build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Track and manage leads using CRM systems and follow-up processes
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and support teams to improve recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of student inquiries and admissions activities
- Support enrollment activities from initial contact to program start

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in inside/outside sales, account management, admissions, or customer service
- Direct experience in sales,



marketing, or consultative roles
- Strong listening skills and the ability to offer qualified guidance
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong critical thinking skills to handle objections, overcome challenges, and problem solve
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with web-based tools and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets
- Flexible schedule availability to support prospective students
