About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered digital marketing platform that helps small businesses across North America build and grow their online presence. They're building their Toronto sales floor and hiring Account Executives.

The Role

This is a current-business, full-cycle AE seat. You set your own demos, run them, and close them. No mid-deal handoffs and no upselling existing clients. Once you close, the account moves to a dedicated account management team.

What you'll do

- Cold call provided leads and book your own demos
- Run demos and present digital marketing solutions to small business owners
- Close deals end to end and log everything in the CRM
- Hit monthly targets, with a 3-month ramp

Who you are

- 1–2+ years of sales experience (SDR/BDR or AE) with a proven track record of hitting targets
- Comfortable on the phone and cold calling
- You already know how to open a call and hold a conversation.
- High energy, competitive, and motivated by earning what you produce
- Strong verbal communication and confident on the phone
- Comfortable with a CRM.



SaaS or digital marketing experience is an asset.
- Able to work on-site in Toronto (in office Monday to Thursday, remote Friday)

Compensation For this role, the base salary range is $50,000 - $55,000 CAD.

The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) is $85,000 CAD, inclusive of base salary and performance-based variable pay.

The commission is uncapped.
