Adecco is hiring motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our client's warehouse team in Oromocto, NB. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. - Pay rate: $19.30/hour

- Location: Oromocto, NB

- Shifts: Sunday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM Saturday and one other day off to be determined (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS)

Responsibilities:

- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists or RF scanners

- Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipping

- Sort, label, and organize inventory as required

- Load and unload products while following safety procedures

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy





- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity targets

- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or previous warehouse experience preferred

- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is considered an asset

- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and twisting

- Ability to lift and carry 25-50 lbs regularly

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions

- Strong awareness of surroundings and ability to work safely around people, equipment, and moving vehicles

- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
