SYSTÈMES/OUTILS***************Summary of Purpose:The successful candidate is a key player who supports the organization in mining and analyzing data while reporting KPIs back to key internal stakeholders. The candidate will also support the organization during Budgets, Strategic Planning, and Monthly Updates by supporting brand forecasting in both the pre-launch, launch, and in-line phases for our suite of products. The position will provide you with challenging and interesting work in a team environment where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and leadership skills to contribute to shaping this new Canadian company for success.Responsibilities:BRAND ANALYTICSProvide market and prescriber analytics that drive strategic business decisionsSupport teams through the production of brand scorecardsActively participate in the development of annual business planning for key brandsLiaise with co-commercialization partners as appropriate to build alignmentProvide support for and lead special projectsProvide support to extract and organize data to be analyzedProvide support in SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) design and performance reportingFORECASTINGSupport, develop and maintain brand forecast models (patient-based, prescription based etc., national, provincial,
by SKU as appropriate)Track brand performance through scorecards or other appropriate vehiclesBuild a network across Otsuka affiliates to support hypothesis building and import best practices in modelingWork cross-functionally to gather forecast assumptions, risks and opportunities regarding the brand forecastsSupport internal meetings to build alignment around forecast assumptionsLiaise with co-commercialization partners as appropriate to build alignmentReporting Safety Information, Product Quality Complaint and Customer Feedback as per training on current proceduresPerform other related duties as requiredSYSTEMS/TOOLSSupport the implementation and maintenance of tools including:Data WarehousesDashboards (web-based or other)Qualifications and Key Competencies:Bachelor's Degree (Science or Commerce), MBA an asset3-5 years' experience in analytics, in a pharmaceutical workplace, considered an assetExceptional MS Office skills (requires advanced EXCEL skills)Experienced in report development, data warehousing, data modeling, and data mining is an assetProven analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand and work with secondary dataExcellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter, takes initiative, is innovative and creativeDemonstrated detail orientation, proven ability to deliver in a timely manner where multiple projects are in processAbility to work with senior professionals in a fast-paced environment, often with tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgencySeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAnalystIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
