Responsibilities

- Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
- Deliver expert hair styling services to meet clients’ preferences and current trends.
- Assist guests at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines, makeup products, and retail items to enhance their beauty routines.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning workstations, tools, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.




- Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services that best suit each guest’s needs while providing outstanding guest services.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by communicating clearly, listening attentively, and ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes clients feel comfortable and appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, product benefits, and aftercare instructions.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold hygiene standards during all treatments.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products confidently without pressure.
- Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 25.0 per week
