JOB Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Afternoon Cook to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent food service to our customers during the afternoon shift.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of meat-based dishes and accompaniments according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
- Serve customers promptly with friendly and professional food service
- Manage food inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during busy hours

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking,



or restaurant kitchen environments
- Solid knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Experience in meal preparation within the food industry or similar setting
- Ability to work efficiently during afternoon hours with a positive attitude
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory
