Future Opening: Janitorial Operations SpecialistJOIN A LEADING AND GROWING CLEANING COMPANY IN THE FRASER VALLEY!Currently Hiring: Janitorial Operations SpecialistLocation: Head Office in ChilliwackHours: Full-Time | Monday-FridayREQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS2+ years leadership/management experience: coaching, engaging, developing and leading a teamScheduling experience with the ability to pivot and adaptExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsIntermediate knowledge and experience working with and creating excel spreadsheetsAdministrative, reporting and logistical skillsFlexibility in schedule for weekly and occasional after-hours meetingsCommercial janitorial knowledge and experience is an assetHigh school diploma and some post-secondary education preferredRESPONSIBILITIESIncluding, but not limited to:Managing, developing and improving work standards and systemsCreative problem solving, supervisory support and leadership to all staffSupporting new staff onboarding by creating training plans, managing and developing systems for tracking progress and identifying successes/gapsPlan and ensure regular inspections and quality reviews are planned and completed regularly by supervisorsPlan and manage scheduling of janitorial staff: recurring schedules, sick notice and other fill-ins, and day-to-day troubleshootingCreating and managing delivery schedules, and providing training where neededWork alongside the HR coordinator on all hiring needs, staff changes and providing input on disciplinary measuresPayroll support: approving vacation requests, and hours worked for janitorial,
