Your role is to create a welcoming, supportive, and seamless experience from the very first interaction.What You'll Be DoingPatient Experience & CommunicationDeliver exceptional, compassionate service across calls, email, and patient platformsRespond to inquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalismGuide patients through the first steps of their fertility journeyScheduling & CoordinationConvert inquiries into scheduled appointmentsBalance schedules across multiple physicians and locationsMonitor and manage patient intake and referral flowCollect and verify patient demographic and insurance informationSupport completion of registration and consent formsSend new patient packages, resources, and educational materialsPrepare preliminary requisitions (e.G., blood work)Tracking & ReportingMaintain accurate logs of patient inquiries and registrationsTrack referrals and support reporting metricsMonitor patient portal completion and documentationWork closely with physicians, clinical teams,
