leadership and moreThe opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organization that is consistently ranked as one of Canada's Best Managed CompaniesAs a Service Supervisor, you will:Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guestsAnswer and return guest calls in a timely and professional mannerSupport guests following the company's resolution processProcess Extended Warranty claims and recoveriesUnderstand and follow all safe work practices and rulesEnsure that the level of support matches or exceeds guest requirementsConsistently offer feedback and recommendations regarding customer service or product issuesInspect and manage damaged goods.
