Requirements

Required:

- Software development experience

- Mastery of Agile delivery modes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, DevOps)

- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Secure, etc.)

- Mastery of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint

- Interpersonal skills (psychological safety, emotional intelligence, communication, influence leadership, systemic reading, train-level facilitation, data-informed posture, autonomy building, critical thinking, innovation)

Asset:

- SAFe SPC certification

- Lean certification (green belt or higher)

- Knowledge of change management approaches
