Responsabilités

- Réaliser des analyses financières, prévisions, budgets, scénarios et analyses de rentabilité.

- Préparer des rapports, présentations et indicateurs de performance pour la direction.

- Participer à des projets stratégiques liés aux acquisitions, à la croissance et à la transformation de l’entreprise.

- Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, coordonner les parties prenantes et assurer le respect des échéanciers.

- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus financiers et opérationnels.

- Participer à l’optimisation des systèmes, outils d’analyse et tableaux de bord.

- Soutenir les initiatives d’expansion aux États-Unis, notamment les analyses financières et la mise en place de nouvelles structures.

Exigences et compétences

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité.

- Titre CPA obligatoire.

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.

- Expérience en comptabilité par projets obligatoire.

- Expérience dans le secteur de la construction, de l’ingénierie ou dans un environnement axé sur les projets.

- Expérience en acquisitions, intégration, croissance ou transformation d’entreprise, un atout.

- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP et outils d’analyse de données.

- Expérience avec Power BI et/ou Acumatica, un atout.

- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de gestion des priorités.

- Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

- Excellentes habiletés de communication et de collaboration.





- Bilinguisme français et anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Requirements & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

- CPA designation is mandatory.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Project accounting experience is mandatory.

- Experience in construction, engineering or a project-based setting.

- Experience with acquisitions, integrations, business growth or transformation is an asset.

- Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of ERP and data analytics tools.

- Power BI and/or Acumatica experience is an asset.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
