That means:Handling showroom and inbound leads, measuring on site, and producing accurate quotesBuilding your own book: builders, GCs, property managers, and restoration companies who need a flooring partner they can call at 7amManaging each job through install, deficiencies, and collection,



so the customer's last impression is as valuable as the firstKeeping the pipeline live in our CRM, with every quote followed up on timeWhat we're looking for2+ years of sales experience, ideally in flooring, construction, or home improvementComfortable on job sites, reading a floor plan, and talking to tradesOrganized enough to run 15 open quotes without dropping oneValid BC driver's licence and your own vehicleHonest with customers and with us. We'd rather lose a sale than mislead someoneCompensationBase salary: $3,000 - $4,000 a monthCommission on gross profit, uncapped, on every job you sellCommissions paid within 7 days of the customer's final payment
