Reporting to the Director of Care, you will be instrumental in providing goal-directed nursing care and working collaboratively with your interdisciplinary team. Your contributions will ensure the dignity and well-being of residents through comprehensive assessments and care planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident care assessments and documentation
• Implement individual care plans and monitor progress
• Administer treatments and medications according to regulations
• Coordinate with care teams and families for optimal service
• Provide direction to unregulated care providers
Requirements:
• Current LPN registration in Alberta
• Experience in gerontology or complex care preferred
• Solid clinical and coordinating skills required
• CPR and First Aid certifications needed
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems
