Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in counselling and have significant experience in crisis intervention and group therapy. As a counsellor, you'll be responsible for cultivating team-oriented relationships and ensuring compliance with agency policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer compassionate individual and group counselling
• Maintain essential electronic records for service events




• Collaborate with referral sources within the community
• Conduct educational workshops and committee participation
• Plan and organize supportive services

Requirements:
• Master’s level degree or related qualification
• Minimum of 2 years in crisis counselling
• Registration or eligibility with qualified college
• Proficient communication skills
• Valid driver's license and vulnerable sector clearance
