We're looking for an AI Scientist who understands AI at a deep technical level and enjoys solving complex business challenges through data, experimentation, and innovation. Our priority is candidates with an engineering background (Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related discipline) who later transitioned into Machine Learning. Ideally, they have worked in industrial environments involving process monitoring and control, signal processing, sensors, or other complex physical systems.

Someone who instinctively understands what noisy sensor data or an unstable industrial process represents will have a significant advantage with us.

Location : Ontario, Canada.

In this role, you will:

✅ Lead AI projects from solution design through deployment and delivery

✅ Explore complex datasets to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities

✅ Build, train, deploy, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models

✅ Work with technologies including LLMs, RAG, NLP,



Computer Vision, Robotics, and Machine Learning

✅ Develop robust training pipelines and monitor model performance over time

✅ Create explicit data visualizations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

✅ Collaborate directly with clients across a variety of industries

What we're looking for: • Approximately 5 years of industry experience post-graduation

- Master's degree or PhD in AI or a related field
- Strong Python programming skills
- • Experience with machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, RAG, NLP, computer vision, and robotics
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and tackle new challenges with confidence
