The main responsibilities of that this job title include but are not limited to:

● Preparing food and beverage orders for guests, coordinate to prepare and portion food as needed.

● Ensures they are properly executing any current promotions.

● Establish valuable work methods to meet work schedule and shift requirements.

● Set a good example by performing job duties properly and following sanitation and safety procedures at all times

● Learning all aspects of providing excellent service.

● Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

● Motivate and supervise other team members on an assigned shift & provide input to Store Manager when performance issues arise on any shift supervised.

● Resolve guest concerns/complaints in a calm and positive manner.

● Help maintain a positive image and ensure you are providing constructive feedback, provide input to Manager when necessary

● Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
