Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily bar operations, including overseeing food preparation, bartending, serving, and cash handling procedures
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices across all areas of the bar and kitchen
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient food and beverage delivery using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a talented, customer-focused team
- Oversee inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste




- Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to health regulations in all operational areas

Experience

- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry, ideally in bar or hospitality settings
- Strong background in restaurant management with familiarity using POS systems like TOAST POS or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, training, and interviewing new staff members
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming environments for diverse clientele
- Hands-on experience in food handling, serving, bartending, or hotel/hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices to ensure top-quality service delivery
