We’re hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Tim Hortons restaurant in Winchester. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coaching people, keeping a busy shift on track, and making each day better than the last.

You’ll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to strengthen the team, develop supervisors, and deliver the fast, friendly service our guests expect. You’ll have meaningful responsibility, support from an involved ownership team, and a path to grow as a leader.

What you’ll do

- Lead shifts and coach team members and supervisors on the floor.
- Help recruit, onboard, and train a dependable local team.
- Set clear priorities for each shift and follow through on them.
- Keep service moving while protecting food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.
- Spot patterns in service times, guest feedback, labour, and waste, then help the team improve.
- Step in calmly when a shift gets busy and help others succeed under pressure.

What you bring
- Experience leading shifts or teams in a restaurant, retail, or fast-paced service business.




- A coaching style that combines encouragement with clear expectations.
- Good judgment, reliability, and a willingness to work alongside the team.
- An interest in developing other leaders and growing toward a Restaurant Manager role.
- Reliable transportation to work in Winchester.
