Associate Dentist – 40% Net Collections + $30/Exam

SCHEDULE

Treatment: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM

Hygiene Checks/Exams: Monday–Thursday, 4–7 PM; Saturdays 8–4; Sundays 10–3

Associates are expected to provide two weekend days of coverage per month for each regular weekday worked.

Examples

- Monday associate: Regular Monday schedule + 2 Saturdays per month
- Tuesday associate: Regular Tuesday schedule + 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month
- Associate working 2 weekdays: 4 weekend days per month

Weekend coverage may consist of Saturdays, Sundays, or a combination based on the agreed schedule.

COMPENSATION

Treatment

- 40% of net collections
- Compensation is calculated on amounts actually collected, less applicable:
- Lab charges
- Discounts
- Adjustments
- Uncollected amounts





Hygiene Checks & Exams

- $30 per completed exam
- Includes:
- Recall Exams
- Limited Exams
- Emergency Exams
- Comprehensive Oral Exams (COE)
