The opportunity The Associate will advise and represent clients on matters involving:
- Environmental and regulatory issues, natural resources and transportation.
- Product liability, qualified negligence, insurance, health and privacy.
- Proceedings before British Columbia and Federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals.
What you bring
- Qualified to practise law in British Columbia.
- Two to four years of civil or commercial litigation and regulatory experience.
- Experience with one or more of the practice areas listed above.
- Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
- Sound judgment, initiative and a collaborative approach to client service.
