This position within our Enterprise Solutions department calls for individuals with a robust background in HR and at least 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. You will work with HR teams to analyze requirements, optimize workflows, and provide Level 2 support. Your contributions will drive impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted partner for HR teams and key users
• Document and facilitate analysis of business requirements
• Support SAP SuccessFactors configuration and enhancements
• Prepare functional testing and follow up on resolutions
• Train HR partners and facilitate knowledge transfer

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years experience in an HR role
• Minimum of 3 years with SAP SuccessFactors
• Level 2 support experience in functional roles
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
