Do you bring a thoughtful, human approach to applying them?McInnes Cooper is seeking aManager, People & Culture - Operationsto join our team in a full-time permanent position. This is ahands-on rolefor an experienced People & Culture professional who enjoys being close to the work: navigating employee relations and performance matters, interpreting legislation and policy, overseeing compensation and total rewards, strengthening processes, and helping leaders make sound people decisions.The position can be based in any of our seven Atlantic Canadian offices.QualificationsYou will be a great fit if you:Have progressive HR/P&C experience with strong depth inemployee relations, performance, policy and compliance.Know employment legislation and are confident applying it to real workplace situations.Appreciate a well-written policy, a clear process and a properly documented decision.Can manage sensitive matters with discretion while still bringing empathy and care to the people involved.Are comfortableleading the work and doing the workin a busy, team-oriented environment.A relevant degree and work experience, or a combination training and experience, is required; aCPHR or comparable professional credentialis an asset. Professional services experience is also an asset.The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $126,000 annually. Individual compensation is determined based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:Leademployee relations, performance management and workplace matters.Interpret and applyemployment legislation,
