We are seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, patient-focused, and passionate about hearing healthcare. In this role you will provide comprehensive hearing care services, including hearing assessments, hearing aid selection and fitting, counseling, and ongoing patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing assessments
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing instruments based on individual patient needs
- Provide patient education, counselling, and follow-up care
- Perform hearing aid adjustments, repairs, and maintenance
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient experience
- Stay current with industry advancements, products, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Registered Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with qualifications to dispense hearing aids in Ontario.
- Registered and in good standing with the Regulatory College
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient-centered approach with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a clinical setting is an asset (new graduates welcome)
