KVN Auto Repair is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who can handle body repairs, body filler work, sanding, and paint preparation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing smooth surfaces, clean body lines, and quality repairs.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle body damage and plan the repair work
- Repair dents and damaged panels using appropriate body repair tools
- Apply body filler, shape panels, and sand surfaces to restore the original contours
- Prepare panels for refinishing, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Check repaired surfaces and body lines for quality before painting
- Keep the work area clean and follow shop safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in auto body repair and paint preparation
- Strong skills in body filler application, sanding, and panel shaping
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality
- Experience with welding or panel replacement is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset
