Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using schematics and automotive repair manuals to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting, welding, and mechanical work to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.




- Maintain detailed service records and document all repairs performed for transparency and future reference.
- Assist in vehicle inspections, routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting using mechanical knowledge and schematics.

Requirements

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with manufacturer-specific systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics for diagnostics and repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of vehicle repairs or parts handling.
- Solid mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems with an emphasis on automotive assembly processes.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate repair needs and solutions.
- Experience working with maintenance procedures, schematics, and technical manuals is a plus.
