Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, services, and options to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Re-Commend additional services, warranty packages, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Collaborate with the service team to coordinate repairs, inspections, and vehicle pick-up times efficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed financial records
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and current offers to effectively promote sales opportunities
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Qualifications
- No Sales Experience Required - We Train from the ground up!
- Positive Attitude Toward all Client Situations.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Community Involvement is an Asset
- Any Customer Service Experience is an Asset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for the automotive industry
