B2B Fulfillment Coordinator – Wholesale & Retail Orders

247 Fulfillment is hiring an experienced B2B Fulfillment Coordinator to take ownership of wholesale and retail order fulfillment at our Mississauga warehouse.

You’ll manage orders from purchase order review through picking, packing, shipment preparation and dispatch. This is a hands-on position combining computer work with time on the warehouse floor.

We’re looking for someone who stays organized, checks their work carefully and follows through without constant reminders.

What you’ll do

- Review incoming wholesale and retail orders, including SKUs, quantities, case packs, shipping deadlines and customer instructions.
- Check inventory availability and flag shortages or discrepancies before orders reach the shipping stage.
- Organize the daily B2B workload with the warehouse team and keep orders moving toward their deadlines.
- Verify picked products, quantities, carton counts and pallet counts against order requirements.
- Ensure packaging, labels and pallet preparation meet each customer’s or retailer’s instructions.
- Prepare and verify packing lists, shipping labels and bills of lading.
- Coordinate carrier pickups, freight bookings and delivery appointments where required.
- Process orders and maintain accurate shipment records in ShipHero.
- Communicate order status, delays and issues promptly to customer service and warehouse management.
- Investigate fulfillment errors and improve checklists and procedures to prevent repeat mistakes.

What we’re looking for

- At least two years of relevant experience in wholesale fulfillment, retail distribution, shipping coordination or 3PL operations.
- Experience handling bulk orders and carton or pallet shipments.




- Ability to read purchase orders and follow detailed shipping and routing instructions.
- Solid attention to detail, especially when checking similar SKUs, quantities, labels and paperwork.
- Confidence using warehouse management systems, spreadsheets and email. ShipHero experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to manage several orders and deadlines independently.
- Clear communication and a willingness to raise problems early.
- Experience with retailer compliance, advance shipping notices (ASNs) or EDI is an asset.

What success looks like Orders leave accurately, on time and prepared to the customer’s requirements. Shipment records are complete, issues are communicated early, and outstanding orders are followed through to completion.
