BACK OF HOUSE ASSOCIATE

Pay: $20.00 / hour

Hours: 25–40 hrs / week

Cowboy Tools is a Calgary-based tool and equipment dealer built on hard work, straight talk, and taking care of our people. We're looking for a reliable, physically capable team member to keep our back warehouse running smooth.

What You'll Be Doing

- Loading and unloading customer deliveries and incoming freight
- Organizing and maintaining the back warehouse — everything in its place
- Processing, inspecting, and cleaning tools and equipment
- Assisting with receiving and inventory as needed
- Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and ready for the next job
- Supporting the front-of-house team with pulls, transfers, and staging

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable with physical work — lifting, moving,



and staying on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right
- Able to work independently and keep things moving without being told twice
- Experience in a warehouse, trades, or hands-on setting is an asset
- Basic familiarity with tools and equipment is a plus, but we'll teach the right person
- Team player who communicates well and keeps a good attitude
