We are seeking an energetic, experienced Customer Service Representative who pairs a genuine passion for food with an exceptional, positive attitude.

What You Will Do:

- Deliver Premium Service: Warmly greet guests, speak knowledgeably about our French pastries, bread, and other menu items, and fulfill orders with precision.
- Maintain the Display: Keep the bakery cases, bread racks, and retail shelves impeccably arranged, fully stocked, and visually stunning.
- Bakery Support & Prep: Box delicate pastries, package orders, and assist with light back-of-house prep during quieter waves.
- Keep It Pristine: Execute thorough cleanliness routines for the front-of-house counter, coffee station, and customer touchpoints.

Physical Requirements:

- Extended Standing: Able to stand, walk, and move quickly for the duration of a 7-hour shift.
- Heavy Lifting: Comfortable lifting, carrying,



and moving supply boxes, flour bags, and large baking trays weighing up to [30–50] lbs.
- High Stamina: Capable of operating in a quick-paced environment that requires frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and repetitive hand/wrist motions (e.g., packaging, serving, wiping down stations).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in food service, premium retail, high-volume cafes, or a bakery setting.
- Unbeatable Attitude: A naturally warm, resilient, and proactive personality. You excel under morning rush pressures and handle feedback gracefully.
- Product Knowledge: Basic familiarity with French baked goods (viennoiserie, patisserie) or an eager willingness to learn.
- Certifications: A valid Food Handler Certificate is required (or must be obtained upon hiring).
