Our Westboro Location (111 Richmond Rd) is looking for a Full Time Bakery Floor Supervisor. This position requires 5am start times and availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities on top of regular baking tasks:

- Ensuring all bakery orders are correct and completed
- Creating Production Lists
- Help organizing holiday production
- Checking and maintaining product consistency (look, taste, weight)
- Prioritizing tasks for all staff on the floor to ensure everyone is working as efficiently as possible and that the production list and cleaning list get done in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all parts of the bakery are kept clean and safe to work in. (From floors to equipment).
- Troubleshooting and problem solving




- Ensure that staff conversation is kept work appropriate and that staff do not let conversation get in the way of productivity.
- Open and/or close the bakery, ensuring duties are done in a timely manner
- Train recent staff
- Keep an eye on the display case/freezer and ensuring it is as stocked and clean as possible. Delegate appropriately.
- Keeping ingredient bags & bins full and rotated properly
- Assist in serving customers when store gets busy or delegate accordingly
- Handle customer complaints and difficult questions if need be
- Answer phone calls.
- Assist Store Manager as needed or in their absence
- Ability to follow recipes and recreate baked goods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $19.00 per hour
