Elmer's Manufacturing is excited to welcome an R&D; Technician for a 4-month term commencing in May. Your role will be pivotal in supporting product development through effective collaboration and hands-on fabrication. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach and a robust background in engineering and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and assemble prototypes and testing systems
• Offer insights and feedback on development projects
• Engage in fabricating test fixtures for in office testing
• Uphold shop functions and maintenance duties
• Read and execute blueprints and sketches
Requirements:
• Completed or ongoing degree/diploma in Engineering
• Experience in welding and machinery fabrication
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Operating farm equipment is a plus
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
