Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and manage drivers for successful service delivery
• Execute pickups efficiently, including household and drop box collections
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips




• Maintain precise attendance and operational records
• Coordinate driver schedules and address logistical challenges

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent experience
• Two-plus years in a relevant supervisory capacity
• Clean driving record with valid Class 5 license
• Ability to safely lift and transport up to 50 pounds
• Solid organizational and customer service abilities
