Ability to observe, evaluate, and continuously improve programming




Understanding of culturally responsive practice and meaningful relationships with families
The ideal ECE Director is an experienced, Manitoba-certified ECE III who combines solid pedagogical expertise with compassionate people leadership, sound operational and financial management, regulatory knowledge, and a genuine commitment to creating a high-quality, inclusive environment for children, families, and education
