Grow here.What You'll Be DoingAs a Lube Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while helping our Service Department keep things moving.Your day could include:Performing oil and filter changesChecking and topping up vehicle fluidsCompleting tire rotations, installations and seasonal tire changesChecking tire pressure, tread depth and overall tire conditionAssisting with tire balancing and basic tire repairsInspecting filters, lights, wipers and other basic maintenance itemsCompleting basic vehicle inspectionsIdentifying potential maintenance concerns and communicating them to the Service teamMoving and organizing customer vehiclesAssisting Licensed Technicians when neededKeeping your bay, tools and shop clean,



organized and safeJumping in wherever needed to keep the Service Department running smoothlyWho Are We Looking For?You don't need to know everything on Day One. We can teach skills. We're looking for the right attitude.We want someone who:Loves cars and is mechanically inclinedEnjoys working with their handsIs dependable and ready to workCan keep up in a busy, fast-paced shopTakes pride in doing things properlyPays attention to the little detailsIs eager to learn and take on more responsibilityWorks well as part of a teamHas a valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstractPrevious automotive, tire or quick-lube experience is an asset, but motivation, reliability and willingness to learn are just as key to us.Want to Become a 310S Technician?This could be where it starts.For the right person, a Lube Technician position can be the first step toward an automotive apprenticeship and eventually your 310S licence.You'll be working around experienced technicians every day, gaining hands-on dealership experience and learning how a professional Service Department operates.As your abilities grow, we want your career to grow too.And We're Just Getting Started...Within the next few months, we'll be moving into our incredible new 35,000+ sq. ft.
