Health is looking for a skilled Breast Plastic Surgeon to join its Plastic Surgery Division at UBC. The successful candidate will manage breast reconstruction cases and participate in a general plastic surgery call schedule. Fellowship fellowship training in breast reconstruction is required, along with solid teaching and mentoring capabilities in clinical settings. Key Responsibilities:
Execute complex breast reconstruction surgeries
Fulfill a general surgery on-call requirement
Utilize hospital facilities like the Operating Room effectively
Provide clinical education to medical students and staff
Engage in lymphedema surgery as needed Requirements:
Subspecialty training in breast reconstruction
Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Eligibility for BC medical licensure
Experience in emergency practices
