Key Responsibilities
Mobility & Skin Care: Managing a regular,
gentle overnight turning schedule every 2 hours to maintain the client's absolute comfort and skin integrity.
Personal Care: Providing dignified assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
Secure Transfers: Utilizing proper body mechanics to move the client safely between the bed, wheelchair, and seating.
