Duties
Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Diagnose and treat oral diseases
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
Work closely with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive care
Stay current on advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Active British Columbia dental license in positive standing
