Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all stages of the hiring process from sourcing to offers
• Successfully source passive candidates using advanced techniques
• Manage shifting priorities in a high-volume recruitment setting




• Influence senior leaders and foster robust relationships
• Utilize tools such as Workday ATS, GoodTime, and Slack

Requirements:
• Over 6 years of recruiting experience in a Sales role
• In-office work required at least 3 days a week
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Extensive knowledge of the technology/SaaS landscape
• Solid communication and relationship management skills
