Our shop features a mix of private barber suites and traditional open-concept stations, giving barbers the flexibility to work in an environment that fits their style.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, offering skilled advice, and ensuring client satisfaction




- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client results and boost sales revenue
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients about service options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends and techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of work showcasing versatility in hair styling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele and create a positive experience
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards relevant to personal grooming services
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, products, and services with clients
