We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our coffee shop, creating a welcoming atmosphere while crafting delicious beverages and providing top-notch customer service. Whether you’re pouring a perfect espresso or engaging with guests, your enthusiasm will help make every visit memorable. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) for order processing and cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment to ensure food safety standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling when necessary, including light snack or pastry service.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality or customer experience.
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.




- Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems like Square or similar cash register technology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Good basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and change management.
- Experience in the food industry or food service environment helps but is not required—training will be provided!
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is a plus.
