Position: Barista Support Specialist, Part-time (Evening & Seasonal)

Are you an energetic, detail-oriented person who loves a fast-paced setting? Cupper's is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on team member to join us for our seasonal evening shift support! Whether you're brewing fresh batches of ethically sourced coffee or keeping our floor impeccably clean, stocked and organized, you'll play a vital role in keeping our evening operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers always have an exceptional experience.

The work consists of evening prep, closing tasks, station restocking, merchandising support, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

This is a part-time, seasonal position. References are required at the time of application.

Your skills will add value to Cupper's in the following ways:

- Brew coffee, fill espresso, and maintain fresh supplies of cold brew concentrate and refreshers to ensure top-quality beverage service.
- Keep all service stations fully prepped, including filling ice, restocking the drink area, restocking paper towels, sleeves, straws, and food samples.
- Load and unload the sanitizer, clean the handoff station,



and maintain rigorous cleanliness standards throughout your shift, including checking the bathroom and recycling.
- Fill coffee jars, and ensure high-demand retail items are always ready for customers.
- Support front-of-house and merchandising upkeep by filling bags, cups, and lids, cycling the tea room, stocking the candy aisle, and recycling boxes.
- Maintain fully stocked displays by filling the box of sleeves, cup holders, alternative milks, syrups, and dusting the Daily section.
- Encourage a positive team environment, follow company policies and procedures, and support business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
- Availability to work a flexible evening schedule.
- Physical stamina and high energy are essential for continuous station upkeep and closing duties.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
