Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments responsibly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills to ensure prompt service.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels,



and assist in opening or closing procedures as needed.
- Uphold food safety regulations and ensure all food industry standards are met to deliver a safe dining experience.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with bartending and serving roles is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and bill splitting.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or drink orders efficiently in a lively setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s busy hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, making change, and processing transactions confidently.
