About the RoleWe are hiring energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members for a one-month holiday pop-up event at Toronto Eaton Centre.

Successful candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, communicating proactively with customers, and remaining on their feet for extended periods. This is a month-long project, so consistent availability and dependable attendance are essential.

General Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluent in English with conversational Mandarin
- At least one year of experience in retail, customer service, or a shopping mall setting
- Able to work shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including extended shifts with scheduled breaks
- Able to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Available consistently throughout the project from November 27 to December 27
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to confirmed shifts
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable proactively approaching and assisting customers
- Able to check purchase receipts accurately, record gift redemptions, and assist with inventory control
- Willing to follow uniform, grooming, and on-site mobile phone policies
- Must attend a mandatory pre-event Zoom training session

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in events, retail activations, or customer engagement
- Experience working at a downtown beverage shop, pop-up, promotional event,



or brand activation
- Beverage preparation, café, or food-service experience
- Experience handling customer complaints, line management, and redemption disputes
- Comfortable purchasing, restocking, and carrying event or beverage supplies
- Able to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area

Position-Specific Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador

- Outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic
- Proactively introduce the event and explain promotional rules
- Encourage customer participation and guide customers into the participating retail locations
- Assist with line management and general customer inquiries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the shift
