We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Brow Expert to join our Toronto team at our new studio location at The James in Summerhill.

The Role

As a Brow Expert at Gee Beauty, you will provide elevated brow and beauty services while creating a warm, personalized experience for every client. You will also play an important role in supporting Gee Beauty's retail business by identifying opportunities to recommend products that genuinely complement each client's beauty routine. You should feel comfortable introducing clients to products, explaining their benefits, and confidently recommending solutions based on their individual needs.

Success in this role means delivering an exceptional experience while contributing to both service and retail sales goals.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of brow shaping, threading, trimming, tweezing, and tinting both for brows and lashes*(if you are not trained in threading, we invest in course training valued at $1500)*
- Experience performing brow services with a high level of precision and consistency
- Experience with brow lamination and lash lifting/tinting is an asset
- Makeup artistry experience is considered an asset
- Strong time management and ability to work efficiently within scheduled service times

Client Experience

- Create a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every client




- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and needs
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain a polished and professional presence aligned with the Gee Beauty brand and experience

Product Recommendations & Sales

- Provide personalized product recommendations based on each client's needs, services, and beauty goals
- Support retail sales by identifying opportunities to enhance the client's overall beauty experience
- Consistently meet or exceed established service and retail goals

Schedule & Availability

- Full-time position based in Toronto
- Availability required for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Availability to work both days of the weekend is required
- Includes a 30-minute paid lunch break
