Job Title: Building Maintenance Service Manager

Salary Range: $120-130K based salary with Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for a Service & Operations Manager to lead service, repair, and maintenance operations within an industrial machinery environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technical teams, coordinating daily operations, improving productivity, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage service supervisors, technicians, and sales/service representatives.
- Plan daily and weekly service and operational activities based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate manpower, resources, parts, and equipment with internal teams and suppliers.
- Monitor project timelines, service activities, and operational performance.
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Reduce non-billable time and operational downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
- Ensure repair and maintenance work meets quality and safety standards.




- Support teams with complex technical and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
- Manage operational budgets and workforce planning.
- Work closely with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture.

Requirements

- DEC or equivalent in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field .
- 3–5 years of management experience in industrial service, repair, maintenance, or manufacturing.
- Strong experience with industrial machinery, pumps, or rotating equipment .
- Experience managing technicians or field service teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair operations.
- Experience with KPIs, budgeting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on management style with the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Experience in the industrial pump market is an asset.
- French and English communication skills are an asset.
