OFF-SITE SUPERINTENDENT

FULL TIME Superintendent required for a low-rise Condominium in Welland. In addition to being responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and cleaning of the building common areas, the incumbent will monitor the work of contractors and provide excellent customer service as required. The Superintendent is also responsible for responding to all after-hour emergency calls. Relevant experience is important, as is a friendly and customer-service oriented attitude.

The right candidate should

- Have a minimum of Grade 12 education;
- Be computer literate;
- Have a professional and neat appearance;
- Have a solid work ethic;
- Be able to communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing, in English;
- Possess a valid Ontario Driver’s license and vehicle;
- Be able to provide a clean and clear police check
- Be able to provide a minimum of three references of which at least two are previous employers
- Be willing and able to work with the management team

This is NOT a live-in position. The successful candidate must live in Welland or the surrounding area. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
